1. Scope & Requirements

• •Clear Instructions: Work begins only after a clear feature list or design document is agreed upon.
• •Asset Provision: The Client must provide all necessary UI assets. I do not create UI/UX art.
• •Scope Creep: Significant changes to the initial plan after work has started will incur additional costs.

2. Payment

• •Methods: I accept USD (PayPal) and Robux (Group Funds).
• •Roblox Tax: If paying via Gamepass, the Client must cover the 30% marketplace fee.
• •Payment Schedule: Terms are discussed and finalized via Discord before the start of the project.

3. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds are not typically provided once work has significantly progressed. If a deposit is paid to reserve a time slot, it is non-refundable if the Client cancels the project.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns all rights to the specific assets created. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio.

5. Warranty

I offer a standard 7-day bug-fix period for any errors in my code. This does not cover issues caused by Roblox platform updates or interference by other developers.
